What skills we are looking for in our expansion team of Promotional Sales Assistants: * Self-motivated * Have great time management * A solid work ethic and desire to succeed * Some experience of sales, promotions, marketing, events, hospitality, customer service or retail sales * Be competent at working towards event targets and sales KPI's set by management/clients CSR Responsibilities: * Work with our clients to manage their brand's exposure * Receive training to help oversee and manage our sales and promotions teams * Attend and eventually conduct training sessions * Lead a promotions team of 3-4 individuals * Learn and develop your leadership skills to run a team of up to 20 - 50 individuals CSR Incentives: * Global travel opportunities when borders have fully reopened (Recently: Atlanta, Miami, New York, Tenerife, South Africa & Australia) * Yearly Black Tie Award Ceremonies * Plenty of Social Events Full product training will be provided for every stage or area of the CSR Promotional Sales Assistants role.
