ITAC Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Healthcare Recruiter for a great company in the Birmingham area! This person must have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.What you'll be doing (duties of this position):* Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies* Screen and interview qualified candidates* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads* Develop and manage all college-based recruitment efforts* Manage all communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process* Other administrative responsibilities to maintain confidential records associated with the employment processWhat you'll need to be considered (requirements):* Outstanding professional communication, organization, and time management skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite* Bachelor's Degree* Experience sourcing candidates through multiple talent acquisition platformWhat could set you apart from the rest (preferred skills / experience / knowledge):* Healthcare recruiting experience
