Job Description:
Jackson Hedden, LLC is hiring an Industrial Designer:We are an
Industrial Design studio located in Birmingham, AL. Our goal is to
design the most unique, breathtaking products for small scale
startups, all the way to large worldwide companies, and everything
in between. We think good design is crafted out of real
understanding, and that understanding is why our products are so
charming. We believe in not just making products but making a
future for our clients' products.?Industrial Designer
Responsibilities and Duties:As an Industrial Designer, you will
work one on one with Jackson Hedden, shaping the future by
utilizing contemporary design principles to inspire people
worldwide. You will become a design leader who is creative,
engaged, optimistic, progressive, open-minded, provocative, and
resourceful, and you seek inspiration, empowerment, and challenge.
You will be working closely with a small team of industrial
designers to quickly assimilate the Jackson Hedden company culture
and become a productive member of our team. We work in a
high-energy, fast-paced environment on a wide variety of global
innovation programs, including research, strategy, design, branding
projects, collaborating amongst talented researchers, strategists,
designers, engineers, writers, and most importantly, with our
clients and their teams.Please note that this position is for a
full-time, in-house Industrial Designer willing to relocate to
Birmingham, AL. *We are not accepting remote applications or work.

without a portfolio will not be considered. Qualifications:* A
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent practical
experience.* At least one year of experience designing consumer
products.* High proficiency in communicating concepts through
sketching, prototyping, and model making.* Proficient in using
tools such as SolidWorks, Keyshot, Fusion 360, Rhino, and Adobe
Creative Suite.* A collaborative mindset with a humble personality
that can make other people's work even better.Please include a
portfolio demonstrating your work.*any applicants without a
