Job Description:

We are currently assisting our client in their search for an experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Manager in the Irondale area.

What youll be doing (duties of this position):

  • Responsible for managing the day to day accounting and for two divisions including AP, AR, payroll (outside service), etc.
  • Responsible for month end close of two divisions books on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Managing a staff of 5
  • Working with outside auditors on annual audit
  • Additional office management responsibilities

What youll need to be considered (requirements):

  • Minimum of 8 years' of full cycle accounting experience
  • Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable knowledge
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Deadline driven
  • ERP system experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong MS Excel experience
