We are currently assisting our client in their search for an
experienced Bookkeeper/ Office Manager in the Irondale area.
What youll be doing (duties of this position):
- Responsible for managing the day to day accounting and for two
divisions including AP, AR, payroll (outside service), etc.
- Responsible for month end close of two divisions books on
monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Managing a staff of 5
- Working with outside auditors on annual audit
- Additional office management responsibilities
What youll need to be considered (requirements):
- Minimum of 8 years' of full cycle accounting experience
- Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable knowledge
- Supervisory experience required
- Deadline driven
- ERP system experience strongly preferred
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong MS Excel experience
