The Altec Service Group has service centers and an extensive fleet of mobile service vehicles and technicians across the United States and Canada. The Customer Strategy Specialist provides a single point of contact for National Customers (customers whose territories expand beyond the focus of an Area Manager, e.g., Global, Asplundh, Telecom and Contractors).

Basic Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required

Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.

* Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 to 18 months of industry related experience. * Knowledge of Lean Principles * Able to analyze data effectively. Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Qlikview, and other related systems. * Able to effectively communicate and deliver customer satisfaction. * Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Major Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain relationships with National Account customers. Provide the needed communication to foster these relationships. * Assist with organizing and managing APNs and other projects across Altec Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Final Assembly and Sales. * Assist with contract pricing negotiations on various service offerings. * Assist in the development and implementation of cost managing services for our customers. * Assist in the development and implementation of downtime management and throughput tracking tools. * Assist with implementing World View technology. * Assist in the development and implementation of inspection and dielectric compliancy tracking. * Ensure alignment of objectives and strategy with the Sales team. * Provide integration support with acquisitions/non-Altec equipment (Effer, Altec Spray, Vacmasters, etc.). * Assist in the development and implementation of customer dashboards. * Effectively represent Team Altec; communicate any customer needs/requests outside Service's scope to the appropriate Altec entity.
