Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. Manage Owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, or travel arrangements. Direct traffic. Help run the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring the team is moving in the same direction. Draft blueprints. Help create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) guiding the business toward improved profitability, goals, and objectives. Map out Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and work with the Owner on employee objectives and attainment of those goals. Manage risk. Effectively manage projects while identifying, communicating, and resolving issues that arise. Manage and oversee project management software, creating tasks/projects for the team (including the Owner). Be nimble and quick. We are a fluid, 24/7 emergency services company. Be willing to pivot and change focus as needed without losing that positive, upbeat attitude you are known for. Make friends. Work closely with other team members to ensure customer needs are being met while meeting internal objectives. Collaborate on the operating systems, processes, and functions to support an uptick in business.Required skills... The dues. Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role. The chops.
