many ation in Birmingham as the hospital of choice for many
services and the hospital is easy to get to from physician
offices. We are currently in a large renovation project to
create more patient rooms and waiting areas. St. Vincent’s provides
care for many patients within the downtown area and surrounding
communities. Known for its Birth Suites and Ortho Sports

What You Will Do:
Perform basic and advanced validated
clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by
supervising nurse in assigned area.
What You Will Need:
- Aid with movement and placement of patients.
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional
conditions to nursing staff. Documents necessary records.
- Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintains medical
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date
or job transfer date required.
- Patient Care credentialed from the National Healthcare
Association obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
No additional preferences.
