Call Center Advocate

Insight Global is looking for call center representatives for a
banking client in Birmingham, AL. This position is remote with the
expectation that employees pick up their equipment at the corporate
office. Training will be conducted virtually for the first five
weeks. The position will be M-F 8am-5pm and occasionally Saturday
9am-1pm. Team members act as the first point of contact for any
inbound calls and are expected to handle roughly 50-60 calls daily.

- 1 year of experience in a call center enviroment, bank, or credit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle large call volume (roughly 50-60 calls per day)
