This is not a remote position, and does require that you reside in
or near Hoover to commute daily to the center.
Answer your calling and take the lead at our company. As a member
of our Call Center team, you'll work at the center of the action
and redefine how our customers engage with the latest product
offerings, media and entertainment. It's an opportunity to be the

As a Telesales Representative, you'll identify sales opportunities
and offer customized solutions to customers. Success in this role
will require a motivated, competitive mindset as you'll
consistently work to meet sales quotas and services objectives.
You'll need to exhibit calm under pressure and be persuasive and
sales-driven. With each inbound call, you'll work to cultivate a
positive customer relationship; utilizing proven sales and saves
techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products. You may
interact with frustrated customers and be tasked with lowering
their resistance and even saving customers that are calling to
disconnect their services.
You may also be required to:
Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations,
combined bill support, after hours inquiries and pre-paid
Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues such as but not
limited to: voice & data issues that span multiple networks and
interdependent network elements, considering network conditions,
connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning and billing.
Assist customers with products and services such as but not limited
to laptop connect services including air cards, USB devices,
initial set-up, configuration of AT&T provided software &
Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address & resolve
Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan and feature
We prefer that you have:
6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
Familiarity with Windows computers
An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance

ranges from $15.45 -to $18.20 hourly; bring your experience and
qualifications to sweeten the deal. - -In addition to the hourly
wage, there are incentives and representatives can also -make up to
300% of their $1000 monthly target incentive, up to $3000.
