Company Name: SpectrumJob Description** Shift: Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm **JOB SUMMARYUnder moderate supervision, coordinate, track and update site surveys and construction project status for residential and commercial coax and fiber projects.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experienceReceive request for site survey from Sales Force for residential and commercial fiber and coax projects and route to construction or contractor.Track aging surveys. Input data from survey, such as construction timeline, costs, and special instructions.Build new commercial addresses in coordination with Information Systems (IS) Department to maintain a clean, accurate database within company standards.Schedule site survey system referral orders (SRO) in billing system.Respond, route and track requests and updates on construction projects for residential and commercial fiber and coax projects.Ensure Sales Force, billing system and other management tools are updated with correct project status and notes on construction projects.Review construction and site survey reports for accuracy.Facilitate interdepartmental coordination and execution related to residential and commercial fiber and coax construction projects between the construction, sales and fulfillment teams.Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable.Know, understand and follow company policy.Perform other duties requested by supervisor.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional and pleasant mannerAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to work independentlyAbility to handle multiple projects and tasks within established timelinesAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbility to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressureAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to reach with hands and arms, to bend, to talk and hear, and to read and use a computerAbility to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)Knowledge and ability to use the following office equipment computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator, and stapler Knowledge of company products and servicesRequired EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceContinuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI, SCTE, BCT/E) preferredRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsComputer programs (i.e. Microsoft office) and other industry related software2+ years demonstrated communication skills2+ years Project CoordinationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Related Work Experience and Number of YearsExperience in Cable/TelecomWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment 24x7, fast paced environment
