Job Description:

A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Helpdesk Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Process service requests within ticketing system
Remotely diagnose system and software issues
Create / Develop Training Videos and Documentation
Required Skills:

Ability to communicate to all levels of users, strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive
Strong commitment to customer service, documentation, and self-directed learning - -
Windows OS, MS365 and macOS experience
Basic understanding of network design, services, and protocols
Familiarity with cloud service providers
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in IT field, or 2- 4 years' experience
