Evaluate case facts to determine coverage, liability, and reserves. Interpret and evaluate medical reports, monitor legal and medical billings, and investigate for proper charges. Manage local defense counsel to direct claims handling to settlement. Negotiate and settle complex bodily injury claims involving catastrophic injuries or fatalities.
