Currently hiring for Machinist in Trussville, AL!1st shift Pay $23-$26Call Shania for more details at or email at Description:Vantage Tooling Systems is looking for someone who can bench/polish plastic, aluminum, iron and steel foundry tooling after the parts come out of the CNC machine. They will rig foundry tooling with provided machine components. Day to day will consist of the employee receiving machined tooling from the machinists and polishing to required specifications. They will also assemble provided machine components per drawings. In addition, they will drill, tap and mill tooling as needed and maintain clean working space. Physical demands include this person being flexible to being on their feet all day for 8 hour days (estimated standing time is approximately 70% during an 8 hour shift), bending, reaching, pushing and pulling when retrieving various items and lifting parts required when deemed to be safe. This person needs to have their own basic tools (Vantage can supply some of the more advanced ones but generally speaking, the candidate needs to have their own).
