Client Service Coordinator
RFG Advisory is seeking a patient, diligent and innovative

success of the Advisor's business.
The Client Service Coordinator provides general support and
assistance to our Advisor and their clients. The ideal candidate is
highly motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced office
environment with a willingness to learn and grow as part of a
financial team. Position requires attention to detail, excellent
communication skills and strong organizational ability.
This part-time position is in-office, requiring 10-12 hours per
week.
Description:
- Make our clients feel valued by providing efficient and timely
customer service.
- Client Care which includes phone calls, customizing client
portals, general client questions and working with clients to
resolve issues.
- Prepare financial documents including preparation for client
meetings.
- Open and maintain client account records across various
custodial platforms
- Assist with office activities including drafting professional
emails and letters, filing, and mailings.
- Manage appointments and other administrative
responsibilities.
- Work closely with Technology Relationship Manager to maximize
proficiency of technology resources.
- Assist advisors in confirming and maintaining accuracy of
client information in CRM.
- Process financial planning agreements.
- Manage appointments and other administrative
responsibilities.
- Understand policies and maintain records required by
compliance.
- Conduct mass mailings and email marketing. Behavioral

- Financial services experience required
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Must be technologically savvy
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and be a
self-starter
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point, Outlook and
Excel
