US Tech Solutions is seeking a "Document Coordinator" for a " 12
Months" contract position with a client in " Birmingham, AL" .

Job Description:
- The provide support for Transmission and Fee Acquisition
through organizing and processing all incoming legal documents and
project related files along and assisting with project support
involving handling mailings, document recording, document
management system input, project closeout, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Display the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues
through oral and written communication methods.
- Consistently demonstrate problem-solving, research, and time
management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks with minimal
mistakes.
- Ability to receive, monitor, and maintain all incoming
files.
- Ability to thoroughly and efficiently review executed documents
submitted for processing and communicates with agents and
coordinators concerning errors and necessary corrections.
- Demonstrate the ability to input and maintain document record
in management system in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Provide support through processing mailers and notifications to
landowners.
- Provide support for quality control for cleanup and correction
of project files in document management system.
- Organize and process project documentation for submittal to
Land Records and Retention.
Experience/Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with document management, scanning, and
processing.
- Understanding of and ability to read land rights documents and
legal descriptions is preferred.
- Must be self-starter capable of working with minimal
supervision.
Education:
- High School diploma required.
