Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is currently hiring for Call Center Representatives in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in the growing industry! ***This role does require candidates to work onsite, so candidate MUST be local to Birmingham, Alabama.***

salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 9 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Representatives effectively handles inquiries from internal and external sales agents that are received via phone and serviced in a contact center environment
• Activities related to inbound calls, email, and instant messages from sales agents seeking support for benefit products.
• Set up appointments for Sales agents to meet with beneficiaries
• Assist agents with Eligibility Verification and Scope of Appointment calls.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all products and procedures
• Respond to all customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Participate in meeting and/or committees as needed.
• Manage work balance between calls and of phone actives/Live Chats
