Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a AP Clerk to fulfill an immediate contract vacancy.

This Individual will be responsible for:

Processing invoices and payment requests utilizing a 2-way or 3 way PO matching via the accounts payable software according to department policies and deadlines
Verifying invoices and payment requests for completeness
Reviewing and resolving open vendor invoices via account aging statements
Processing invoices and payment requests in Oracle
Researching and resolving invoice holds and discrepancies to ensure timely payment
Performs job duties in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal controls

We are actively speaking with candidates that have a minimum of:

Three+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or related business experience
Advanced knowledge of full cycle Accounts Payable
Experience working within a large ERP (Oracle a plus)
High school diploma
