The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction, hospitality, and high-rise projects. As a Permanent Superintendent Commercial, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the construction process, from pre-construction planning to project closeout
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring that all workers are following OSHA guidelines and company policies
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is progressing according to plan and that quality standards are being met
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and accounted for
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all workers are motivated, engaged, and working together effectivelyQualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent, with a focus on ground-up construction, hospitality, and high-rise projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Proven track record of success in managing complex construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
