As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful completion of our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Superintendent to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in managing and coordinating all construction activities on the project site
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and plans
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the project specifications
• Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying potential issues and developing solutions to address them
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the project site
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and change orders
• Communicate regularly with the project team, including the owner, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure that everyone is on the same pageQualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in the Construction industry, with a focus on commercial, ground up construction, hospitality, and hotel construction
  • Experience working on high-rise projects is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
