environment. This position has responsibilities essential to Food
Safety. Other duties as assigned. This position does not have
supervisory responsibilities.Competencies Building Relationships
Process Driven Pushing Leaders to Scale Up Teamwork Holds Other
Accountable Purposeful/StrategicQualifications Bachelor's degree
(B.A.) or equivalent Minimum five (5) years of professional-level
human resources experience. Strong critical thinking,
problem-solving, relationship-building capabilities, and the
ability to effectively communicate clear strategies and processes
to a wide variety of audiences on a high level. Ability to operate
in a fast-paced environment with disciplined organization. Superior
interpersonal and organizational skills and computer proficiency in
MS Office required.
