Job SummaryPrinceton Baptist Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Infection Prevention Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our infection control program, you will be responsible for directing and managing the surveillance, prevention, and control of infections in our hospital.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infection control policies and procedures
• Conduct surveillance activities to identify and prevent the spread of infections
• Provide education and training to staff on infection control practices
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective infection control measures
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of infection control programsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing, lab, or other healthcare-related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in patient care, lab tech, or other healthcare-related field
