Duties Summary PLEASE NOTE: Based on the current hiring restrictions, selectees may be subject to additional approvals prior to an offer being extended. This position is located in the Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Debt Management Services, DMS / Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Agency Relationship Management Division (ARMD), Compliance and Outreach Branch. ARMD's mission is to work with Federal government agencies to provide a comprehensive debt management program. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will: Plan, develop, implement, and maintain ARM policies and procedures. Participate in outreach meetings and agency conferences to support staff responsible for promoting program services. Participate in high-level CFO meetings to promote the DMS program. Provide guidance and oversight on the development of an ARM marketing strategy including the Strategic Outreach Engagement Plan. Monitor and track progress and results for reporting to senior management. Set multi-year work plans and assures that unit meets goals. Coordinate the development of customer service improvement/action plans that address feedback received through annual customer surveys regarding DMS services. This includes analyzing survey results and coordinating action items with the business areas. Oversee the DMS Congressional Correspondence Program. This involves coordinating responses with Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA) for congressional inquiries related to DMS services. Travel Required Occasional travel - may be required. Qualifications You must meet the following requirements within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement. Specialized experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: experience leading and supporting projects and/or assignments in a debt collection environment. Examples of this experience could include: Experience interpreting and applying debt regulations, policies and guidelines for the purpose of making recommendations, proposing actions, and decision making; OR Experience planning, organizing, evaluating and directing the activities of personnel In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14, you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
