In this role you will support the maintenance and analysis of investment activity of the company. This is a vital role in the company, and you will serve as a resource for key business decisions.Responsibilities:* Create cash flow models and internal rate of return models for accurate equity distributions* Develop and run various models in connections with management of the portfolio and current valuation of investments* Make recommendations and presentations to senior management on investment acquisitions, developments, and disposition opportunities* Work closely with portfolio managers and research analysts to identify potential opportunities and threats to existing investments* Develop reporting functions to streamline processes and improve efficiency* Work on ad-hoc assignments benefitting departmental initiativesQualifications:* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting* 3+ years of related experience* MBA or CFA program is highly desired* Advanced Excel skills, able to manage existing and build new models. Bloomberg experience is a plus* Excellent communication skills to coordinate well with internal and external affairs* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and critical thinking skills
