All Drivers are generally out during theweek and home on the weekends, with an occasion to be out over theweekend. Pneumatic drivers have a higher likelihood of being outover the weekend than hopper drivers. Those selecting longerperiods out may be accommodated. Driver Pay Schedule Hopper BottomStart at 23% of the gross and work up to 25% of the gross. We alsopay $.25 cents per mile after 50 miles of dead head per load.Hopper rate per mile with never fall below $.45/mile. Pneumaticsstart at 20% of the gross and work up to 22% of the gross andreceive $1.50 per ton to off load. If hauling local loads startingpay is 28% of the gross and goes up to 30% of the gross. Pneumaticrate per mile will never fall below $.50/mile.
