Job DescriptionThis position is a Supervising BCBA position at our Southside location.

-Responsibilities (Include but not limited to)1. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians -2. Conduct assessments and assist therapists with assessments including but not limited to the following: a. Functional behavior assessments (FBA)/ functional analyses (FA) b. Skills assessments including Verbal Behavior- Milestones Assessment and Placement Program (VB-MAPP), Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills-Revised (ABLLS-R), Assessment of Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and Social Savvy -3. Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) based on FBA results -4. Develop individualized treatment reports based on skills assessments -5. Conduct and attend meetings such as parent trainings, weekly group BCBA meetings, as needed one-on-one meetings the Director of ABA and/or Assistant Director of ABA, & staff meetings for the Southside staff -6. Collaborate with Billing Department -7. Manage and/or assist in scheduling -8. Collaborate with the other professionals on staff -9. Read relevant information to stay up-to-date in the field -10. Ensure professionalism and abide by BACB Code of Ethics

-Reports toThe Director and Assistant Director of ABA
-Qualifications - - - - - - - - -Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field - - - - - - - - -Board Certified Behavior Analyst or certification eligible and in good standing with the BACB - - - - - - - - -Licensed by the Alabama Behavior Analyst Licensing Board - - - - - - - - -Complete 8-hour BACB Supervision Training - - - - - - - - -At least 2-years' experience working with individuals with Autism
