Responsibilities This position will be a hybrid role with preference given to candidates located in Birmingham, Dallas and Indianapolis. The Revenue Cycle Operations (RCO) Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and driving both short and long-term strategies and initiatives in support of SCA Health's Revenue Cycle Services' revenue growth objectives. This role will have primary responsibilities for sales analytics, financial forecasting, contract administration, and growth objectives without the primary responsibility for closing sales. This individual will partner with internal revenue cycle leadership, central business office, coding, finance, and site engagement leaders. This specialist will be an integral partner in increasing sales, timely contract management, and accurate client rate analytics and review. Key Responsibilities Work with RCO Sales and central business office leadership to develop and provide a comprehensive rate analysis and sales presentation inclusive of all services quotedCollaborate with key stakeholders such as Development, Finance and Operations to gather all data needed to perform rate analysis and rate proposalsManagement of all contract requests and required administrative steps to obtain signatures within the legal structure of the entity and SCA Health Management of pipeline changes, additions, and deletions to track financial performance targets, partnering with the RCO Finance LeaderParticipates in the development of customized sales materials required to win the deal, innovation in materials approach, including but not limited to metric-based assessments of existing revenue cycle operations and/or comparison and current cost to collect QualificationsQualificationsStrong values fit within the SCA Health organizationExtraordinary communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) resulting in proven relationship building capacity3+ years of revenue cycle/patient accounting experience/healthcare accounting setting, fluent knowledge of healthcare provider servicesAdvanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word + Smart SheetsAcute attention to detail and strong analytical/critical thinking skillsLoves a challenge and is results-drivenOrganized and able to keep track of various contracts, both waiting for signature and those already signedAbility to work on your own with a high level of self-accountability Ability to think creativelyThrive in a team-fostered environment PI187751762
