This role will support all of the supply chain activities within Supply Chain Operations (SCO,) other SCA departments, as well as potential and existing centers/hospitals to ensure that deadlines, timelines, and commitments are met. The successful candidate will have a background in project management and supply chain or purchasing experience. Additionally, the candidate must be results oriented, analytical, versatile, and motivated with sound judgment and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:Assist with the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of due diligence, acquisition integration, and training processes, policies, and results.Carry out multiple projects simultaneously in both solo, team, and cross-functional matrix formats.Support the business development and support services teams for supply chain aspects of the due diligence and integration processes.Perform supply chain due diligence activities relative to potential acquisitions or service engagements, including cost analyses reviews, contract reviews, and operational process reviews. Engage with suppliers to identify supply alternatives for newly integrated centers and facilitate product samples when warranted.Analyze, cleanse, and add catalog items to SCA's proprietary procurement platform.Assist with resolution of contract and pricing discrepancies for enterprise facilities, while providing appropriate status communication to center-level teammates.Develop presentations for intra-departmental teammates summarizing new integrations, training materials, and process changes/improvements.Establish and provide access to supply chain platforms and resources for new center teammates as needed.Assist with fielding and resolving service tickets/phone requests regarding catalog, supplies, supplier performance, and platform/operational issues, while escalating to the appropriate management when required.Partner with other supply chain teammates to develop, deploy, and continuously improve best in class training materials.Deliver measurably improved procurement training to SCA surgery centers and care delivery organizations. Skills and Abilities:The right candidate will possess the following qualities necessary to succeed in this role:Exceptional project management skills and supply chain experience.Proven ability to work in teams across multiple projects simultaneously to deliver quantifiable business results on time.Ability to work effectively under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced team environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated success communicating across a variety of audiences.Strong customer service skills with a focus on the customer experience, both on-site and off Superior organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills amidst multiple requests.Ability to prioritize tasks by considering various factors such as value output, stakeholders, and deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills including a proven ability to successfully interact and foster open dialogue with centers, internal departments, field operations, category management, and supply base.Ability to give and receive both positive and constructive feedback amongst teammates.Proactiveness and initiative with tasks that potentially have parameters.Exceptional problem-solving and results-driven orientation. Must demonstrate and maintain an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.Foundational background in the healthcare industry including acute care and surgery centers. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to work cross-functionally, driving further definition of strategic direction and ownership/sponsorship. Strong ability to identify barriers, business trends and escalate to manager and/or operational leaders. QualificationsTotal education, vocational training, and experience:4-year bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.Foundational knowledge of medical supplies with an emphasis on physician preference items, materials management systems, GPOs, value analysis process, and industry standard analytic tools preferred.Experience in the healthcare industry with a focus in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) preferred.Expert in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) with working knowledge of industry standard contract management, materials management, and reporting software.PI187751869
