** Forklift Operator - Plant****Job Category****:** Production **Requisition Number****:** FORKL001521 Showing 1 location **Job Details****Description****Summary**: Operate electric-powered standup reach truck to put away, replenish, and pick pallets of product, equipment, or materials. Use on-board or hand-held scanner to process transactions. Operate turret truck and stock picker to perform similar functions. First and second shift opportunities available. **You must be available to work overtime when needed.** Second Shift: 3:30 PM-12:30 am M TU W TH, and 12:30 pm - 6:30 pm F.**Job functions:****1.** Put away inbound products after receipt.**2.** Replenish inventory to correct pick slots.3. Pull and stage orders.**4.** Load trucks for outbound shipments.**5.** Inspect equipment daily. Report damaged products and shortages. Perform cycle counts as needed.**Additional Responsibilities:**Performs other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**- Knowledge of forklift procedures.- Knowledge of safety procedures- Basic reading and math skills.**Education and Experience Required:** Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent and previous warehouse and/or distribution experience.
