Job Description:
Selectek is searching for a piping estimator with a background
with Bluebeam software.
This is a 6-month contract to direct opportunity in Birmingham
AL.
Required:
Provide detailed take-offs from Engineer drawings as well as
conceptual estimates.
Work with other estimators to develop detailed piping take-off.
Provide support to customers, sales reps, and inside sales
team.
Preferred:
0-2 years. Experience with ductile iron pipe and fittings a
plus.
Stable progressive estimating experience in the mechanical
discipline a plus.
Knowledge or experience with Bluebeam Software
Focus will be in providing clear and accurate ductile iron pipe
take-offs.
Ability to read and interpret project specifications.
Knowledge of ASME/AWWA codes.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet
deadlines.
Estimators with other field experience will be considered. All
