This individual needs to work with a high-level of ownership, be a sharp communicator and problem-solver, and lead projects with excellence from start to finish. You will take ownership and manage multiple projects alongside Field Superintendents, therefore strong vision and leadership is a non-negotiable. This person will be responsible and accountable for delivering a quality product on schedule and within budget for each project. This person will be held to high standards as they represent the company brand and culture . Key ResponsibilitiesDaily communication with Architects, Superintendents, and key stakeholders across each project in Birmingham, ALManage multiple projects at a timeCoordinate work through regular meetings and team huddlesPlan project schedules alongside superintendents from start to completion of each projectLead key relationships with project owners, superintendents, skilled labor, and any subcontractorsLead in estimating projects and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budgetManage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy within projectsQualifications Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is highly preferred 10+ years of proven and relevant experienceMaintain project budgets and costs.Direct responsibility for the permitting process.Direct and manage the construction process and project controls.ProCore/RevitSmartBidInterested in hearing more?
