customer. As a Desktop Support Senior Technician working at the
Greenwood Village, CO headquarters location in the US, you'll be a
part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while

experience through your technical skills? You'll resolve laptop
problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration
issues through troubleshooting and research. You'll demonstrate
white glove customer support skills via face-to-face interactions
and through chat and email applications. You'll thoroughly document
status and updates in the ticketing system. You'll demonstrate
expert knowledge of technologies and the willingness to learn new
ones. You'll manage and prioritize work effectively and work on
projects that add value and efficiency to the team and its
customers. You'll provide Mac support. You'll also provide
adherence support and coaching.You'll report to the Desktop Support
Manager. You'll contribute to the success of the business by
leading and resolving employees' technical issues and bringing
amazing support.During a Typical Day, You'llThis position will
require you to be onsite. There will be opportunities to work
remotely, but you will have a site presence most of the time.
- Assist contacts with trouble resolution by working tickets via
our ticketing system
- General site support activities such as daily walk through,
troubleshoot network connectivity issues, or questions from
customers
- Work with your team and partner groups with project
support
- Partner with our depot sites that deploy new hire or break/fix
deployments
- Work projects that contribute to support efficiency and find
fixes for gaps in process
- Remediate compliance issues on laptops
- Update your skills or learn new skills through learning
platformsWhat You Bring to the Role
- Five years technology experience in an information technology
environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, obtaining
certifications, and developing skills with ever changing
technology
- Knowledge of creating, updating and auditing documentation
(such as Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, FAQs, etc.)
- Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell and other command

anticipated range is $45,000 - $63,000 per year, this is an hourly
position. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based
upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill
