Create and enforce policies for effective data management
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Process raw telematics data into a useful service plan
Provide scheduling and customer maintenance solutions to service management for customer fleets
Provide analytical support to stakeholders: analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, provide support to management teams and other users in the use of the data, work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data provided is sufficient, relevant and timely to meet their needs
Create and implement a strategic business plan using telematics information
Implement solutions for increased access to data to the Altec Service Group
Determine optimal processes to resolve customer concerns through assessing individual situations and authorizing specific policy exceptions in the interest of customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding policies and procedures.
Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems
All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in computer science or relevant field; OR Ability to understand and utilize telematics data from Telogis, Zonar, etc.
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
Current valid driver's license
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel skills and other office management applications required; Working knowledge of Oracle and Lotus Notes preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work with team members and work with minimal supervision
Recommend capital for proper IT solutions and upgrades for data management
Manage financial and operational objectives as assigned
