Job Description:

Jacent, a leader in retail merchandising, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to enhance product visualization and sales performance across our client stores. In this role, you will implement merchandising plans, ensure compliance with brand standards, and respond dynamically to store-level opportunities and challenges. Your commitment to excellent in-store execution will contribute directly to our mission of driving client success in the highly competitive retail market. Implement and adjust merchandising plans according to store layout and seasonal changes. Collaborate with store management and staff to ensure product placement aligns with store and client expectations. Conduct regular store visits to audit product arrangement, stock levels, and promotional displays. Analyze sales data to recommend changes in merchandising tactics if necessary. Maintain detailed reports of merchandising activities and results for review by management. Educate store staff on product features and benefits to enhance sales through better customer interactions. Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to organize retail spaces effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze sales data and market trends Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software Capability to work independently and make informed decisions quickly Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Visual Merchandising or Retail Management is a plus.
