Our customer base is in Europe, Asia. Latin and South America, Middle East, Africa and Australia. Motion Industries offers an excellent benefits package that includes options for healthcare coverage, 401(k) Match, tuition reimbursement, vacation, sick and holiday pay.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Work with existing and prospective international customers\n * Demonstrate Commitment to Building Customer Relationships- Understands the customers' needs and objectives and remains alert and responsive to changing customer needs\n * Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot customer concerns\n * Assist customers with order placement\n * Source products within our system and with external suppliers\n * Negotiate sale and purchasing prices\n * Proactively generate sales and promote Company products\n * Prepare export documentation according to regulation and customer requirements\n * Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems\n\nQualifications\n\n * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\n * Language capability a plus, not a must (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin)\n * Demonstrate sales ability, sales process and maintain relationships with critical accounts\n * Effective Communication and Listening Skills\n * Result oriented and ability to make decisions\n * Strong time management and organizational skills\n * Willing to continuously improve\n * Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment\n * Industry experienced preferred\n * Knowledge of supply chain systems helpful\n * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel\n * High School Diploma or Bachelors Degree\n\nGPC believes the fair and equitable treatment of employees, customers, suppliers and other persons is critical to fulfilling its vision and goals.
