Job Description Pediatric Opening Near Birmingham, ALLocated in Springville, AL - Birmingham, AL 29mEmployedWe are seeking a Pediatrician to join our team in Springville, AL. Four days (32 hours) per week, 8am-5pm September - May, rotating Saturdays from 8am-12pm (4 hours off during regular the week so total hours don't change) Outpatient Only Average 25 patients per day Call equally rotated Children's of Alabama PHIL line takes after hours call (occasionally need to reach one of the providers) Team: one physician and five NPs Each provider has their own MA, plus one float RN assists with telephone triage and medication refills Four receptionists Office Manager overseas day-to-day operations of the practice EMR Azalea HealthCompensation & Benefits $200k Base salary guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 20 patients per day.
