Service concierge help potential customers see the value in company services and maintain strong relationships in order to generate sales leads. RESPONSIBILITIES Upgrade service customers from their current vehicle or buy their current vehicle for our preowned inventory Assist customers coming in for service to learn of opportunities available to help upgrade their current vehicle Call service appointments prior to arrival Send communications offering upgrade opportunities and following up with service customers to offer our inventory Present a vehicle buyback value for conquest customers or a presentation of options to upgrade their current vehicle to one in our inventory. Call KBB leads and schedule appointment to buy their vehicle Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications No sales experience required!
