Job Description Job Description Production Manager Production Manager Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient production of high-quality food products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production team, optimizing production schedules, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Key Responsibilities Manage daily production operations to meet production goals and quality standards Supervise and mentor production staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment Implement Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations Conduct regular training sessions for staff to uphold best practices in food manufacturing Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience as a Production Manager in the food manufacturing industry Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Benefits - Medical Dental and Vision - 401k - PTO - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
