Job Description The Childersburg, AL VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is actively seeking Primary Care Physicians to join our mission-driven healthcare team! Position Overview: Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Patient Load: 12–13 patients per day per physician, allowing time for quality, patient-centered care Team Model: Work as part of a Patient-Aligned Care Team ( PACT ) Each physician is supported by a dedicated RN , LPN and MSA and has expanded support from clinical pharmacy , social work , mental health , and nutrition .
