Job Description Pride Health is seeking Sterile Processing Technicians to join a team in Jacksonville, FL 32224. This position is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional with a strong background in first aid, emergency medical response, and workplace wellness. Job Responsibilities: Perform decontamination, assembly, inspection, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable surgical instruments and equipment Clean, package, and reprocess reusable surgical instrumentation and scopes per manufacturer guidelines Maintain inventory and storage of processed sterile supplies Support the operating room team and sterile core activities to meet surgical case needs Collaborate with Central Service Team Leaders, Supervisors, and the OR team to ensure quality and compliance Qualifications: Required: High School Diploma or GED – Required Minimum 1 year of instrumentation experience – Required (hospital setting preferred) CRCST or CBSPD Certification – Required BLS Certification – Required Central Service Technician certification required within one year of hire (preferred) Information: Location: Jacksonville, FL 32224 Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension Shift schedule: 1 Position: Friday–Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 1 Position: Monday–Friday | 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM 4 Positions: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Local's Pay Range: $20-$25/hour (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) Travel Gross pay range: $1200 - $1300/Week (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
