Job Description Job Description Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper Location: Akron, OH Pay: Up to $17/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Career Strategies is seeking a full-time Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper for an apartment community in Akron, OH. We are looking for a dependable and hardworking individual to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property. Responsibilities: Keep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris Pick up trash, empty bins, and maintain dumpster areas Light cleaning and upkeep tasks around the community Assist maintenance team as needed Qualifications: Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a property looking its best.
